Sales Development Representative - Enterprise

Candidates must be native level Cantonese and Mandarin speakers with fluent English, possess previous experience covering mainland China, be comfortable with outbound and cold calling, have 2-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role, demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment, be self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn, and be able to work autonomously and self-source solutions.
The Sales Development Representative will drive Deel’s growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business. They will collaborate with the broader sales team, conduct market research to identify new potential customers and leads, qualify these leads by learning about their approach to onboarding, generate email sequences, make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts, conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set, and support marketing activities and prospect touch-points.
